Milroy Hose Company #1 is a volunteer-based fire service that provides primary fire services to the residents of Armagh Township and mutual aid services to the surrounding townships and boroughs. We also provide primary emergency medical service "BLS services" to Armagh and Brown Township residents and mutual aid service to the surrounding townships and boroughs. The staff of the BLS service is a combination of volunteer and paid EMTs, EMR's and AHA, EMSVO-certified drivers.
Our Fire Department's mission is to prevent the loss of life and property. Milroy Hose Company #1 works with a number of internally elected officers to supervise and run all aspects of the fire company emergency medical service .
